Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Yes! We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it
What are the conditions for returns?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All tags and packaging must be intact.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact us at contact@luvlya.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will guide you through the process.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes, exchanges are possible if the desired size or color is available. If not, we’ll process a refund.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please contact us immediately at contact@luvlya.com with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, the order may already be processed or shipped.
How will I know if my return has been received?
You’ll get a confirmation email once we’ve received and inspected your return.
